Khathir Chine

Dr. Khathir Chine is a Lecturer “A” and the Director of the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University Center of the Resistance Fighter Sheikh Amoud Ben Mokhtar – Illizi, Algeria. He also serves as the Director of the Business Incubator at the same institution. He is considered one of the prominent academic figures in the fields of strategic management, marketing, and entrepreneurship, particularly within local contexts and desert environments.

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences from Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila, specializing in Marketing (ranked first in his cohort), followed by a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, specializing in Strategy and Marketing (ranked first in his cohort). He later earned a PhD in Commercial Sciences from Ghardaia University, specializing in Creative Marketing. He also received advanced training as part of the third cohort of the National School of Management and Health Administration, which enriched his career with an integrative perspective combining general administrative management and specialized sectoral administration.

Dr. Khathir Chine has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles in national and international journals and has participated in dozens of scientific conferences and symposia as a researcher, speaker, and supervisor. He also supervises university research projects and start-up development plans and carries out reviewing, evaluation, and editorial responsibilities for several academic journals.

He authored a scientific book titled “Strategic Banking Marketing – Real and Virtual Case Studies” (2024), published by Al-Mutanabbi Publishing and Distribution. This work represents a natural extension of his academic and practical interests in institutional marketing and strategic analysis.

Dr. Khathir Chine is distinguished by a style that blends academic depth with practical applicability and is well-known for his ability to mentor students, stimulate critical thinking, and transform ideas into impactful developmental and economic projects.
