Elaine Gold

Elaine is an independent consultant and Co-Founder and until Dec 2023, MD of GEN UK (one of over 200 country affiliates of the Global Entrepreneurship Network).  Elaine became active in GEN over 12 years ago when living in the Middle East for 8 years.  

Working in leadership and organisational change, Elaine went on to work with 2 global consultancies, holding senior management positions and delivering consultancy interventions tailored to the needs of clients, but all with the common aim of achieving individual, team and organisational change.  Interventions often covered leadership development, inclusion and diversity, teambuilding and one to one coaching.

Elaine has travelled to over 40 countries and delivered workshops and speaking engagements in over 20 countries.  Elaine understands the complexities and demands of working cross-culturally and in diverse organisations.  Elaine is currently focusing on supporting female founders in the transition from Founder to Leader and holds a franchisee for London Central & South Women in Business Networks, running 4 London groups and an online global group. Women in Business Network is the UK's largest network for women founders and professionals in the UK, established in 2005.
