Establishment of the Business Incubator at Djilali Liabes University, Sidi Bel Abbès

In accordance with the Official Gazette of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria No. 23, dated 5 Ramadan 1443 (April 6, 2022), and the joint ministerial decision issued on 13 Rajab 1443 (February 14, 2022), a common research service, the "Business Incubator," has been officially established at Djilali Liabes University, Sidi Bel Abbès.

The university business incubator serves as a fundamental mechanism to promote and support innovation, entrepreneurship, and business creation within the university community. It provides essential resources, services, and training to assist students, researchers, and entrepreneurs in developing innovative projects.

Objectives of the Incubator

Primary Goal
The primary goal of the incubator is to foster the emergence of innovative enterprises through structured and continuous support. The incubator aims to:

Support project leaders under Decision 1275 in transforming their ideas into viable businesses.
Contribute to job creation and economic development at both local and national levels.
Strengthen links between academic research and the business world.
