GEN in Mozambique
GEN organizes the annual Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) campaign in partnership with ANJE Mozambique and conducts Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) in Mozambique. GEW celebrates the successes and impact of Mozambique's entrepreneurs in an effort to help break down barriers and expand the number of people who consider becoming an entrepreneur. EWC smooths the path to market for Mozambique's entrepreneurs at all stages of growth and provides mentoring and the support necessary to reach the next level.

Millions of people around the world have the ideas, talent, and ambition to build something better for themselves and their communities — but have never seen entrepreneurship as a path available to them. Global Entrepreneurship Week, taking place November 16-22, 2026, changes that. This campaign meets people where they are and connects them to the networks, tools, and support to take that first step — showing what’s possible in their own communities.
