GEN Singapore
GEN began operating in Singapore in 2008 with the launch of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), an international campaign that celebrates entrepreneurship each November, in partnership with MTI, NUS, SPRING Singapore and ACE. GEN Singapore, the national affiliate of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, launched in 2018. GEN operates a platform of projects and programs in 200 countries aimed at making it easier for anyone, anywhere to start and scale a business by fostering collaboration and initiatives among entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and entrepreneurial support organizations. GEN Singapore works to fuel a healthier start and scale ecosystem that creates jobs, educates individuals, accelerates innovation and strengthens economic growth.
