These competencies encompass planning, information seeking, strategic thinking, systematic planning, personal power, mental awareness, self-management, independence, assertion, relationship building, negotiation, customer service, achievement, vision, risk-taking, decision-making, grit, resilience, problem-solving, and the think-feel-do cycle.
