Visiting over 35 countries didn't start out as an ambition, but the last 20 years have seen me delivering training, speaking assignments, and coaching clients in over 20 countries.
Being asked to run a large leadership development project in Qatar was the impetus for me to begin my life as an expat, and 8 years living in Qatar provided an opportunity to visit and work across the region.
Whilst in Qatar, I took on the role of Director of Strategy for a MENA Regional Organisation and brought together a number of public and private sector organisations to engage in Global Entrepreneurship Week, and that's when my wider engagement in the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) began.
Having qualified and practised as a coach and organisational change consultant over 20 years ago, worked with international clients at Board and Executive levels, it seemed natural to bring my coaching and consultancy experience to the multicultural organisations and startups.

I continue to support GEN Global Board as an advisor and am Co-Founder of the GEN UK and an Executive Director. Still collecting stamps in my passport, I am regularly asked to speak, facilitate panels, and participate as a judge in global entrepreneurship competitions and conferences. With the aid of Zoom and a team of great associates I am working both globally and locally helping individuals and organisations unlock their power and potential.
