Since 2015, I have been supporting companies, institutions, and project promoters in defining and implementing sustainable growth strategies. My expertise covers strategy, financing, and organizational development, areas in which I act as an advisor, trainer, and consultant for public and private stakeholders seeking improved performance and measurable impact.

Over the years, I have gained solid experience in project structuring, financial resource mobilization, and technical support for small and medium-sized enterprises. I have contributed to the design and implementation of programs and mechanisms aimed at strengthening organizational competitiveness and fostering entrepreneurial growth in Cameroon.

Driven by a commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation, I have had the opportunity to coordinate several national and regional initiatives in partnership with international programs dedicated to developing and financing young enterprises.

In parallel, I have developed expertise in the energy sector, particularly through the coordination and monitoring of projects related to electrification, distribution, and the management of electrical infrastructures. This experience enables me to combine a strategic vision with a technical understanding of the continent’s economic and industrial challenges.

My professional engagement is guided by rigor, innovation, and a continuous search for sustainable solutions adapted to African realities. I strive to contribute to strengthening organizational capacities and building a more competitive, resilient, and inclusive economic ecosystem.
