While her academic pursuits initially led her to the world of meteorology and climate engineering, Wafae found herself on a path that would ultimately connect her more deeply with people and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Wafae's educational background was undeniably practical, but her heart and interests steered her towards a different trajectory. She embarked on a career that revolved around education, language teaching, and management, forging a strong bond with the world of ideas and the individuals who bring them to life. Her introduction to the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Algeria marked the beginning of a significant chapter in her professional life. Initially, Wafae joined as an assistant to the managing director. In just a few months, she assumed the role of GEW Program Manager. She continued to ascend within GEN Algeria, becoming the Program Director and the most trusted collaborator of the managing director.
