Stratcomm Africa launches Brand Reputation Week and Awards

(Stratcomm Africa), Ghana’s premier total Communications Agency has established an Annual Brand Reputation Week and Awards in tandem with Global Entrepreneurship Week. This year, Stratcomm Africa is focusing on the brand reputation needs of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) with the theme, ‘Skill up in communication to scale up in business’. 

12 Entrepreneurs Win At Rocket Pitch Finals

Pitches were businesses ranging from vending machines to holistic body treatments. He encouraged Agricultural business to take advantage of EXIM Bank’s ‘Energy Loan’ to support new forms of energy. He stated, “Businesses must adapt to the use of new technology and efficient business practices if they are to succeed. You are well placed as members of GEN Jamaica”. 

Entrepreneur Prisoners Bid to Turn Back on Crime

Global Entrepreneurship Week inspired a presentation by prisoners in Cheshire, England. Statistics show that prisoners who get jobs out of prison are less likely to reoffend. So, prisoners compete in a business plan competition to raise funds to start their own. Some ideas pitched were a graphic design consultancy and a personal fitness business.  

Encouraging Sri Lanka’s Youth to Pursue entrepreneurship: Ceylon Chamber and ILO

Today for Global Entrepreneurship Week, Sri Lanka has hosted a live event to bring awareness of the positives of entrepreneurship to the youth. The goal of these programs is to identify issues and find solutions.
