GEN Jamaica
GEN began operating in Jamaica in 2010 when it launched Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a global campaign that celebrates entrepreneurs. GEN Jamaica was officially established in 2022 and is led by a board of directors made up of distinguished ecosystem leaders. Our mission is to build a unified ecosystem that collaborates with stakeholders to foster globally competitive and innovative entrepreneurs. We seek to foster deeper collaborations among entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and local entrepreneurial support organizations. GEN Jamaica works with its international partners to fuel a healthier start and scale ecosystems locally that create jobs, educate individuals, accelerate innovation and strengthen economic growth.
