- Tony Elumelu Foundation announces $500m Coalition for African Entrepreneurs
The coalition will support 100,000 young African entrepreneurs, including 50,000 women by 2033, focusing on fragile states, women’s entrepreneurship, and green entrepreneurship. - Benin triples number of companies opened by youth in 2022

Spain has launched its own national space agency, at a time when Europe looks to establish itself as a global space industry leader. The agency has an initial budget of €700m. - Vietnam pledges to solve ‘pain points’ for startups and VCs (Nikkei Asia)
Easier regulations are on the horizon, Vietnam has told technology startups and investors, in contrast to the red tape that has grown amid the country’s widening crackdown on corruption.
