  • Paraguay has seen 10,000 new companies make use of its Simplified Stock Companies legal form since it was established in February 2021 (GEN Paraguay)
  • Canada has announced the Canadian Entrepreneurs’ Incentive - a new CAD$2m (USD$1.4m) tax relief for entrepreneurs selling all or part of their business (Government of Canada)
  • The United States announced regulatory changes to enable entrepreneurs in Cuba to access U.S. bank accounts, enhance internet-based services and broaden access to financial services (Voa)
