GEN in Hungary
GEN has partnered with the Young Entrepreneurs' Association Hungary (FIVOSZ) since 2008 to foster a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hungary through its annual GEW campaign. Over more than 15 years, the initiative has transitioned from grassroots ecosystem building to a prominent nationwide and digital platform, securing high-level political backing from both Hungarian ministries and the U.S. Embassy. Through strategic leadership connections like JEUNE and participation in major events such as the EU SME Assembly in Budapest, GEN has integrated Hungarian policymakers, corporate partners, and promising startups—including MedInnoScan Kft. and AviBike Kft.—into its international network. Moving forward, GEN remains dedicated to driving inclusive entrepreneurship policy, strengthening cross-border European ties, and equipping diverse Hungarian founders with global mentorship, capital, and network support.
