- Türkiye is converting the former terminals at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport into Terminal Istanbul, a roughly 200,000-square-meter startup campus, opening its first phase in August with space for 50 startups and partners, including Techstars İstanbul. (Turkish Minute)
- Georgia has reopened the former Parliament building in Kutaisi as its largest technology hub, combining startup workspaces, labs, an AI computing center and a TUMO education center under the Innovation and Technology Agency. (Georgia Today)
- The United Kingdom has announced that a consortium of its largest pension providers, working with the British Business Bank, will explore a UK Scale-up Fund of over £1bn ($1.3bn) to back high-growth science and technology companies. (GOV.UK)
- Vietnam has introduced reforms in Hanoi under the Capital Law, cutting business registration to two working days, exempting eligible innovative startups from corporate income tax, and preparing sandboxes for green tech, smart cities and the low-altitude economy. (Việt Nam News)
Kazakhstan will establish an international innovation hub for AI and startups in the Akmola region, developed with Network School founder Balaji Srinivasan and financed entirely through private investment. (Kazinform)
